1. Who we are
“Wild Rift Boosting”, “we”, and “us” mean the operator of this website (wildrift-boost.com).“You” means anyone using the site, whether you are buying a boost, applying as a booster, or just reading the blog.
By using this site you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
2. What we do
We provide Wild Rift rank-boosting services (Solo and Duo), placement matches, win boosts, and coaching. A verified Sovereign-tier booster signs in to your account via a region-matched VPN (for Solo) or queues with you (for Duo) and plays ranked games on your behalf until your goal rank is reached.
For Duo orders, the booster never logs in to your account. You both queue together from your own clients. No credentials are collected for Duo.
3. Riot Games account-sharing disclaimer
Riot Games' Terms of Service prohibit account sharing. Any service that tells you boosting is “100% risk-free” is lying. By purchasing a Solo boost you acknowledge that:
- Riot may suspend, ban, or reset your account at their discretion if they detect account sharing. In thousands of completed orders we have seen zero permanent bans tied to our activity, but we cannot guarantee Riot will not act in the future.
- You assume the risk of account consequences. We will do everything on our side to minimize detection (VPN matching, behaviour mimicry, no third-party software) but Riot's enforcement is outside our control.
- If you want zero account-sharing risk, book the Duo option instead. We never log in to your account, we only queue with you.
4. Your account with us
You agree that when you buy a boost:
- The account credentials you provide belong to you or someone who has authorized you to share them.
- You will not log in to the account during an active Solo boost. If you do and it disrupts the session, we may pause progress or charge a disruption fee proportional to the lost work.
- You will respond promptly to any 2FA or auth-code requests from your booster when applicable. Orders that stall longer than 48 hours waiting on the customer may be cancelled without refund.
- You understand that any sensitive data you provide is encrypted at rest with industry-standard encryption and that Riot credentials for Solo orders are wiped shortly after the order completes.
5. Prohibited actions
While using the service you agree not to:
- Use stolen accounts, stolen credit cards, or fraudulent payment methods.
- Initiate a chargeback through your bank before contacting us. Disputes go through support@wildrift-boost.com first.
- Harass, threaten, or dox our boosters, support staff, or other customers.
- Reverse-engineer the site, scrape pricing, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Resell boosts to third parties or act as a middleman without a written agreement.
Filing a chargeback while a service has been delivered (or is in progress) results in immediate account suspension, reversal of any cashback credited from that order, rollback of any loyalty-tier progress earned from that order, and submission of counter-evidence to your card issuer. Other violations get your account banned and, for payment fraud, reported to our processors and law enforcement. See the Refund Policy for the full chargeback breakdown.
6. Pricing, payment, and order execution
All prices are shown in USD. We accept major credit cards via Stripe; some other methods may be available at checkout. You authorize us to charge the total shown on the confirmation screen.
Orders start within our advertised ETA once we have received the account credentials (for Solo) or scheduled a session (for Duo). Estimated completion times are best-effort; actual times can vary with queue health, region, and the add-ons you picked. We will always tell you on the order page if a factor is slowing things down.
7. Cashback, loyalty tiers, wallet, and tips
Completed orders earn cashback as a percentage of the order total, credited to a platform wallet attached to your account. Cashback rates scale by loyalty tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) based on your lifetime spend with us. Tier thresholds and cashback rates are displayed in your dashboard wallet page and may be adjusted on a forward-looking basis. Wallet balance can be applied as partial payment on future orders or sent to your booster as a tip.
Cashback, wallet credits, and loyalty progress credited from an order are reversed if that order is later refunded, charged back, or otherwise unwound. Wallet balance does not expire.
8. Referral rewards
You can refer friends using a personal referral code shown in your dashboard. When a referred friend places their first paid order, we credit a small reward to your wallet and to theirs. Self-referrals, fraudulent signups, or chargebacks on the qualifying order void the reward.
9. Booster applicants
When you submit a booster application at /apply, you agree that the information (Riot ID, peak rank, op.gg URL, region, hours per week, experience, motivation) is accurate. We may verify your account history before offering a position.
If accepted, you will receive a separate booster agreement covering commission, payout schedule, drop and penalty rules, and rules of conduct. Those terms take precedence over these general Terms on the booster side.
10. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Short version: full refund before we start, proportional refund after, no refund once the order is complete. Exceptions at our discretion for service failure or clear mistakes on our end.
11. Booster-caused deranks
If the booster assigned to your order loses rank or marks while playing on your account, the cost is deducted from their payout (not yours), and we either reassign the order so a new booster recovers the lost ground or, if recovery is not possible, refund the value lost on a prorated basis. See the Refund Policy for full details. This does not cover deranks caused by you, anyone else with access to your account, or your own ranked games after the boost ends.
12. Reviews
After a completed order you may leave a public review of your booster. Reviews must be based on your actual experience, must not contain personal information about the booster or other customers, and must not be used as leverage in a refund or dispute. We may remove reviews that violate these rules.
13. Intellectual property
The site, its design, copy, code, and brand are ours. The Wild Rift rank emblems, champion art, and game imagery are owned by Riot Games, Inc. and used here under fair-use commentary. We are not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid us for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost progress, lost rank, lost cosmetics, frustration).
We explicitly disclaim liability for decisions Riot Games makes about your account (bans, resets, rank rollbacks, cosmetic removal) since those are outside our control.
15. Changes to these Terms
We can update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the homepage at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new version.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our operating entity is registered. Disputes should first go to support@wildrift-boost.com. We resolve most issues within 48 hours. Unresolved disputes go to arbitration in our home jurisdiction before any court filing.
